Travis Young is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Skybox Datacenters, bringing 27 years of experience in finance and real estate. He has played a key role in the completion of over 1.2 gigawatts and 3 million square feet of mission critical projects worldwide. Travis is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Prior to co-founding Skybox, he served as Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield.

Haynes Strader is the Chief Development Officer at Skybox Datacenters, where he leads strategic growth and cultivates lasting relationships with clients and capital partners across the industry. He brings over eleven years of experience in the data center sector, both in the U.S. and internationally. Haynes has represented tenants, buyers, and sellers in more than 200 data center transactions totaling over $3.5 billion in value. Before joining Skybox, Haynes served as Vice President at CBRE Data Center Solutions. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves on the SMU Dedman College Executive Board, the 21st Century Council, and the SMU Folsom Institute Board.

Gordon Kellerman is the Executive Vice President of Sales & Leasing at Skybox Datacenters, bringing 13 years of experience in critical facilities sales and marketing. He is a leading expert in data center sales, having contributed to over 1.2 gigawatts and 3 million square feet of mission critical projects across North America. Gordon is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves as an Associate Board Member for the Folsom School of Real Estate and on the Executive Board of Camp John Marc, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring confidence in children with chronic medical and physical challenges.

Melissa Drennan is the General Counsel at Skybox Datacenters, bringing over 30 years of legal experience across a wide range of industries including data center cooling technologies, technology licensing, utilities, leasing, and consulting services. Melissa provides strategic legal guidance on contract negotiations, business transactions, intellectual property, corporate governance, and risk management.

Robert Adkins is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Skybox Datacenters, bringing over 30 years of real estate experience, including 16 years specializing in data center management and deployment. Prior to joining Skybox, Robert served as Executive Facilities Engineering Lead at IBM, where he directed site selection and implementation of technical designs across 59 data centers in 23 cities worldwide. At Skybox, Robert partners with customers to deliver best-in-class data center solutions and works closely with enterprise and hyperscale clients to optimize environments and drive resilient, sustainable innovations globally.

Ken serves as our Senior Vice President of Design & Construction and is responsible for managing our full portfolio of projects nationwide. With 25 years of experience in corporate real estate, encompassing design, construction, and property management, Ken brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Prior to joining Skybox, Ken served as the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction for Citi in North America, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and played a pivotal role in advancing innovative real estate projects.

Jason is a key member of the Skybox team, driving the development of data center projects across North America. As Vice President of Project Delivery, he oversees all aspects of preconstruction, scheduling, and the successful execution of projects. Jason brings more than 15 years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction initiatives from concept to completion. His expertise spans data centers, office, industrial, and retail developments. Prior to joining Skybox, Jason spent three years at Critical Project Services, where he led multiple mission-critical projects, further honing his expertise in high-performance infrastructure delivery.

Nick is a key member of the Skybox team, overseeing design and engineering across all development projects. As Vice President of Design & Engineering, he supports the construction team and ensures seamless design integration from concept to completion. Nick brings extensive experience in managing mission-critical projects, most recently serving as Senior Project Manager at Cummings Electrical.

William serves as Vice President of Development Strategy at Skybox, leading site selection, capital formation, and early-stage planning for new developments. Prior to joining Skybox, he held roles at Bridge Investment Group, Hines, and Xebec Realty, where he led over 7 million square feet of industrial development across the U.S.

Eric Logan is the Vice President of Energy Development at Skybox, bringing over 24 years of expertise in strategic development and capital project execution within the energy and industrial sectors. A certified PMP, he has led multi-billion-dollar projects, specializing in power generation, utility infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing. With a background in engineering and finance, Eric is committed to advancing Skybox’s mission of delivering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions.

Carolyn serves as Vice President of Finance at Skybox Datacenters, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership experience and a strong background in the data center industry. Prior to joining Skybox, she held financial roles at leading companies including CyrusOne, Cyxtera, and Compass Datacenters.

Nick serves as Director of Project Finance at Skybox, supporting the construction team with project controls, cost analysis, and risk assessment. Prior to joining Skybox, he worked in litigation consulting, specializing in construction claims for law firms and clients across multiple industries.

Katie is responsible for project coordination, brand management and customer engagement for Skybox Datacenters. Mrs. McJunkin graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Katie previously served for three years as a Director at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX.

Cody serves as a Senior Project Manager at Skybox, providing direct support to the construction team across all active development projects. He brings valuable experience from previous roles as Project Manager at Birch Construction and VCC, LLC, where he led various commercial construction initiatives from planning through execution.

Jeremy serves as an ICT Project Manager at Skybox Datacenters, responsible for managing the delivery of structured cabling and network infrastructure during fit-up and fit-out phases. He brings over 10 years of experience in data center ICT systems, most recently completing major projects with Walker Engineering.

Chuck serves as Senior Solutions Architect at Skybox, supporting the construction team across all development projects with a focus on fit-up and fit-out execution. He brings over 20 years of IT architecture experience, including leadership in network, telecom, data center, and AV systems. Prior to joining Skybox, Chuck was Senior Manager of Network, Telecom, Datacenters, and Audio Visual at NRG Energy.

Kevin serves as a Project Manager at Skybox, providing direct support to the construction team across all active development projects. He brings over six years of data center-specific experience, most recently serving as a Project Manager at DPR.

Bethany is the Business & Finance Manager at Skybox Datacenters, supporting internal operations and client relations while overseeing key financial processes. She holds a Biomedical Sciences degree from Texas A&M and has a background in financial services.

Bodie serves as a Project Manager at Skybox, supporting the construction team across all ongoing development projects. He brings focused experience in data center construction, having previously managed both enterprise and colocation projects at DPR Construction.

Anna serves as Executive Administrator at Skybox Datacenters, supporting the C-suite and leading Marketing and Community Engagement initiatives. She holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Baylor University and previously served as Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department at the Hankamer School of Business.

Chris serves as a Project Manager at Skybox Datacenters, supporting the construction team across ongoing development projects. Prior to joining Skybox, he worked on the operations team of an industrial general contractor, managing a range of projects both nationally and in the DFW metroplex.

Jack serves as a Development Associate at Skybox Datacenters, focusing on site selection, transactions, capital markets, and investor relations. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from SMU and previously worked at CyrusOne and RecNation in commissioning, site acquisitions, and project management.

Sadie serves as Administrative Assistant at Skybox Datacenters, providing support to both the construction and HR teams. Prior to joining Skybox, she was an Executive Assistant at Dialexa, an IBM company.

David is a Field Project Manager at Skybox, responsible for managing on-site construction activities and supporting overall project execution. He is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, fostering strong team coordination, and driving projects forward with efficiency and precision.

Jason leads project management and construction implementation for Skybox datacenter projects nationwide. With over 24 years of real estate experience, he has managed complex developments for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including major global technology firms.

Monira is part of the program management team at Skybox, supporting nationwide projects with a focus on contracts, budgeting, and cost tracking. She brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience across tenant improvements, turnkey, and ground-up developments.
